I think this law is great. I like the idea of punishing stupid minors directly rather than not being able to play a game because it's been banned. I'm totally for this - fine all of you stupid minors that are screwing up gaming!
First off, if this was a only made up of images of a black person getting over a white one, no one would dare call it racist.
With this being said, if you take the entire campaign in as a whole, you can see that things are right down the middle in terms of who gets the best of who. Photo #1 is neutral, photo #2 the white woman is dominant, and in photo #3 the black woman is even more dominant. The whole point of any of these campaigns is to get people talking about Sony.
It's the same thing Calvin Klein did 10 years ago. The fact is, Sony (or any other corporation for that matter) doesn't have the guts to show a white person dominating a black person.
In my opinion, the white notion that black people need to have their hands held and need to be "protected" from something like this is more insulting and more racist than anything you'll find here.
