I picked up this game the last time it went on sale on Steam, and I noticed some stuttering (and a lot of screen tearing) and just chalked it up to general PC game weirdness. Honestly, I've kind of gotten used to every game I play on PC having weirdness and problems like this, and I don't think that's a good thing.
