Have any of you hating on this version of WarioWare actually played the past versions of WarioWare? It's not about the graphics. In fact, the worse they are, the better, IMO. It's about getting a huge amount of games thrown at you with little or no chance to think, just react. I played the Gamecube version with several other people on a regular basis, and it was a brilliant experience. The games kept getting faster and faster, and we were all laughing like madmen trying to keep up.

The reason Brooke Burke is in PBR is because she was somewhat prominently featured in that BK commercial from awhile back with Hootie singing. I think. I don't know why she was in that commercial in the first place, though.

Ah well, at least someone is putting one of those old Episode 1 action figures to good use. Otherwise, they would've just dumped it into a landfill next to all of those ET cartridges.

Out of all the people I've seen who said they had a preorder for a PS3, on Joystiq and elsewhere, most (all?) are planning on putting their preordered PS3 up on eBay. I'm beginning to wonder if *anyone* who placed a preorder for a PS3 will actually be keeping the system. There may be a glut of auctions in a month or so, with people all charging exorbitant prices for their precious PS3. Won't that drive down the prices?

And also, I really don't think it says much about the strength of a system if most people are preordering it to resell on eBay instead of, you know, to play games on it.

As others have alluded to, a word of warning: Don't get one of these unless you have a more-or-less square room, with no walls in weird places, and you're willing to put your couch directly in the center of the room. The blurb says they've increased the sweet spot, but I still doubt it comes anywhere near dedicated speakers.

I had a YSP-800 for about six months, and while it looked cool mounted on the wall, the stereo/5.1 separation was crap. Granted, I have a weird living room configuration (it's not square, there aren't walls on all four sides), but I was hoping to get at least some separation. The only person who got any surround benefits was the one who sat on the left side of the couch, straight up (no slouching!), and even then it was negligible.

We ended up selling the thing and going the traditional route. SO much better.
