Wow, so the Activision douche went on to comment how 'when your RB instruments break, buy ours'. Sounds like EA has the better warranty procedures. It's bad when you only get a 30 day warranty, even after you've replaced something.

Like EA, I really hope that Activision/RO changes the procedures and extends the warranty deadlines. The more people that complain, the more this is likely. If you're having an issue with any of your equipment, let them know!

Don't expect too much out of this article. These are the same folks that praised how great GH3 was when they were sent down to playtest. Smoke and mirrors is one thing, I'll base the game on a demo or renting it.
