I do have a jailbroken 1.1.3 and it gives the same nag screens. The nag screen makes it so you can no longer access sync settings anymore! I was so annoyed I did a reformat and now I can't even get back to 1.1.3 jailbreak and am returning the thing.

It's really odd how much excitement is surrounding the ability to watch rentals on your tv. Not only is the concept of "video on TV" extremely overhyped, the movies a month later than other rental options, there's some very tight restrictions on viewing and they are also a bit expensive.

I'm not saying that out of AppleTV-hatred because I own one and love it for what it CAN do. The problem is that this box is intentionally crippled from proving what it can really do. We shouldn't have to unlock a device in order to get it to do what we want. And we definitely shouldn't be making excuses blaming the customer for having expectations for what the products they invest in are capable.

I'm excited for the new interface but I'm really not too happy with a future full of restrictions.

Can people please get this FACT straight? Apple did NOT invent the all-in-one PC.

The whole Lana character should just end already. She has no purpose and the fact that she's being shoe-horned into every episode in some forced way is just a gigantic speedbump to every story.

I know she has tons of appeal for people but with Chloe, Lois, Kara and whatever guest-chick-o-the-week then they can easily do without Lana. Heck, with Lana out then maybe Lex can finally focus on being a criminal mastermind and Clark can consider starting his journalism path at the tender age of... 27???

This show really is suffering from too many characters. Hiro and Peter should be the stars taking 50% of the screentime. Not the cheerleader. So shoehorning her into every episode just hurts the overall story because despite the fun tagline from season 1, she is useless to the story.

Lana ran the only coffee shop in Smallville, married billionaire Lex Luthor, is a frequent guest of the hospital trauma ward and is presumed dead in a heavily publicized car explosion that indeed did turn up "her" body. Yet nobody notices as she walks around Smallville's fair?

She is just such a useless character and with compelling characters like Chloe, Lois and now Kara then it's really wasting precious superhero screentime to shoehorn her into these episodes.

I am really amazed at how many people have used their distaste for Bonaduce to determine his guilt in this matter.

1) This is the Reality TV awards. It's no secret that a) Danny is nuts and b) Danny is dangerous. So in situations like this where something goes wrong, do you fault the Tiger or the reaching through the bars trying to grab his tail?

2) Many assume he should've simple laid him down like a baby but I challenge EVERYONE to imagine carrying a grown man in that position. Arms under a guys thighs with him dry humping you. It may seem odd, but if you're trying it right now then an upward movement (bicep curl) really is the easiest way out of this.

3) A grown man jumps in your arms and puts his crotch that close to you. I just don't see how it is suddenly your responsibility to remove that crotch in a safe and appropriate manner.

4) Danny caught him but if you look he did stumble a bit. What if Danny went down and hit his head? What if Danny side-stepped and Fairplay missed and faceplanted? The bottom line is that we learned this lesson as kids. Horseplay leads to someone getting hurt.

I think you touched the real problem here. The hook of Cavemen being a comedy is that these interesting and odd-looking group are actually "normal". So when you get past that (which we all did in the Geico commercials") then where do you go from there?

To me the show was dead from the start. But if they want to make it worthwhile then maybe they should've just had Cavemen acting like cavemen in the big city like Beverly Hillbillies. Or have it about cavemen adapting to modern times after they get time-machine'd into the future. But what they got are cavemen proving they are just as boring as everyone else. Whoopee.

The pinnacle of Michael Scott's character was the one at the Chili's when he acted like a dopey goon all night, but in the end he won over the client and made the sale. It completely encapsulated the idea that this despite his dorky, immature and unprofessional exterior, the guy knew what it took to make a sale. It was just a brilliant episode that really explained how he ended up being the boss.

But where have they taken that character? He jumps off roofs, he walks on fire and he drives into lakes. I know that slapstick comedy is the easiest way to grab an audience, but this show was at its best when it is a biting satire rather than an imitation of an I Love Lucy episode.
