"To be honest, we want as many people to play our games as possible. If we end up going exclusive, we may do it for various reasons, but we just want as many people to play the game as possible."
Seriously. How do you go exclusive and still end up getting as many people as possible to play your game? You dont. If you said you are going to release your game on PC and all three consoles then I would believe you really wanted as many people as possible to play your game. Going exclusive for any reason whatsoever says dollars dollars dollars and you dont really care about as many people playing your game as possible.
Just updated to 3.10 and tried to buy a movie..."This content cannot be accessed on your account." Atleast I know other ways of getting movies the way I want in so they play on my PS3.
Maybe this will benifit Americans. Namely Americans living overseas....like US military. It sucks so hard to have a US address, US credit card, PS3 purchased in the US, but because my IP address is in Germany I cant buy movies or tv shows on my ps3. Games yes, movies no. Im willing to put up with the DRM and maintain a US address for my credit card if I could buy the movies and music I want the way I want...but alas...so far nothing. With the exchange rate I would be paying a bit more for the movies but I bet they are dubbed in the nations native language...not english. If so, that would still exclude a good number of us. Quick quiz: Where is the largest group of americans living not on the North American continent??? Answer...Germany....its several hundred thousand of us here.

Nov 19th 2009 11:39AM (Joystiq)Western Digital now shipping 500GB laptop drive: $220
Sep 12th 2008 11:32AM (Engadget)Where can I buy it? Western Digital can ship all the 500 gig 2.5" laptop drives they want, but if I cant buy it then it is for naught.
A little info on where to pick it up is a lot more news to me than the fact that they are shipping. Shipping where?
