What they should do is release a combination Half-Life 2 and remake of Half-Life with new models and textures on the 360. That I would buy without a moment's hesitation.

I wondered that too about the HDMI output. Why can't MS just make another video out module for the 360 that ends in HDMI? I haven't seen anyone online dealing with this - is it technically impossible for some reason?
