That sums it up pretty well. It's not about the music, it's about visual grandeur and cheap gimmicks.

I'm a little torn about this kind of development.

While it's nice that a game is cheaper as a digital download than a packaged product, a digital download has no resell value.

I've bought countless games just to try them and them resold them for almost the same price I paid for them (in rare instances even more). You can't resell a download.

Been meaning to get a Jap PSN card and buy Minna de Spelunker for ages, I think LSD just might be the thing to push me to do it.

DLC for the Activision-published Wolverine game is still available in the PS store, so that doesn't sound very likely.
