Ummm pushing face buttons ??? Are you serious with this? Have you not played a platformer before? Maybe reviewing games is not your thing.

I'm not sure if the Fable problems were because of Peter or because of a bad group of programmers or a bad creative group or all three.

One thing is for sure, Peter's attempts at an emotion-filled experience failed every time. I wasn't really connected to my dog in Fable 2, and even less in Fable 3 (was there a dog in Fable 3??).

In Fable, I was supposed to feel connected to my faithful friend but there was little or no attempt at creating the connection. Just having the dog near me or around me really did nothing but make me block the thing out. There was no real use for the dog... petting it did nothing, playing with it did nothing it didn't point the way for me to go or help me track anything down except a few buried items.

You can't just TELL me what emotions I'm going to have playing the game and expect me to have that emotion just because you said so. It has to happen naturally in the game. If you don't know how make that happen then find people that do and hire them!

Anyway, I hope Peter finds himself someday or gets the right people behind him to make his ideas actually come to life.

Skyrim is actually a better "Fable" than Fable. Pretty sure they even throw a few digs at Fable with that quest "A Daedra's Best Friend". Seemed very Fable-spoofy with it's comic style and over the top accents (and a dog!)

Ummm I play Skyrim and CoD... so go pick up the pieces of your exploded mind.

I kind of hope they keep the XBLA thing going and release them in episode-format like the original but space them out like a TV show.

Ya it's great to see my Elite dollars pay for an "actor" for the Ads instead of going toward fixing the Elite site which is still broken and unfinished.

I played both of those games!!! Didn't read the article but thought I'd comment about my nostalgia. That is all.

Call of Duty makes a truck load of cash and now every game company wants a piece of the multiplayer cash-pie. Don't get me wrong, kudos for trying (or whatever this is), but you can't just stick buzzwords like "balanced teams" and "free for all" and think anyone out there will get excited.

Honestly if you want to stand out, don't just look at what everyone else is doing and copy it. And for SURE don't make it so obvious at what you're trying to copy. This game must have been developed in a board room with guys in suits who look at stats and metrics and what's "hot these days".

This is a message to all the Game Producers out there (cause I know the developers aren't behind this). Sometimes all you need is a great single player campaign!!!! Don't waste time on multiplayer when it's not needed!!!!
