I'm with the Dapper Dan man. More of the same, new maps, updated graphics is all I ask for.

A cover system would be a nice plus, but I'm really looking forward to 18 new maps and new visuals for my 96" screen.

My launch 360 was noticeable, but my new replacement has the newer drive and is already much quieter.

I did sometimes notice the old drive's noise, but I never hear the new one while gaming. I do have 5.1 surround pumped at reasonably high volume though.

Yeah, more was definitely expected.

How about some background downloading? Not having that's a waste.

Don't forget about the 3 CPU cores. Once leveraged properly by developers, that will distance the platform even more.

I doubt PC developers will seriously consider dual core possibilites any time soon, let alone more than 2.

Well maybe you guys will get more than 4-8 per retail outlet.

Extra 3 weeks should bump that to at least 5-9.

I agree, a lot of it is nitpicking. Most of it seems like it could be handle with future upgrades.

I think the biggest legit complaints listed there are the lack of HDMI (add it later?) and the CPU overheating issue.

Including that, and the fact that I may be biased, I think MS came up with a pretty solid box overall.

If you buy the WalMart bundle, you should be able to return the bundled stuff that you don't want, to your local store.

Yeah that looks pretty staged.
