Wario Land on the Virtual Boy for sure. It was one of the few awesome titles on the system and made the eye strain of playing it for hours without breaks worthwhile.

Gamestop changed the date to 10/14 now. I'm looking forward to this since it could help when trying to play Japanese RPGs
