Pachter: Project Natal will cost $50, 'Sphere' no more than $100 [update] {Joystiq}

Oct 16th 2009 12:56AM The price is a guestiamte, same as the $50 for Natal.
Neither company has outed a price for their motion set ups.
Though to think Natal will be that cheap you have to thin its April 1st.

Hooray! UK retailer deems Q4 release schedule 'sensible' {Joystiq}

Oct 13th 2009 2:43PM Same here.
Why whenever game blog sites that aren't Eurogamer report on "UK Retailers" is it never GAME or Gamestation. You know...the main UK Chains.

"We small retailer that probs has 3 back alley stores aren't supporting the PSPGo" seemed to be all you got last month.
If GAME Said "We aren't stocking the Go" then it'd be big news.

SimCastle and SimMars scrapped in favor of The Sims {Joystiq}

Oct 12th 2009 4:41PM I want a new Simctiy, but SimMars would tide me over, I remember playing Alpha Centurai when I was younger, perhaps too young for it and it confused the hell out of me, but I liked making the custom ships.
SimCastle, well currently having a shot with Majesty I guess thats close enough

250GB PS3 Slim spotted at retail in dapper gray box {Engadget}

Oct 4th 2009 12:11AM those in the know will do that.
But for the most part folks won't find out you can swap out the hardrive till they open the box n read the manual.
And that's how Sony will make some cash on the side.

250GB PS3 Slim spotted at retail in dapper gray box {Engadget}

Oct 4th 2009 12:04AM Ah yeas, writing '250gb' on stuff makes it immune from going dark in the shade.
it's most likely dodgy lighting, it is in a store, lightings messed up in in stores.

Weekly Webcomic Wrapup is celebrating Rocktober {Joystiq}

Oct 3rd 2009 10:40PM I guess dipswitch lost it's humour when it turned out they weren't PS3 ad's.
Monday night crew n Virtual shackles were kinda lame n old.

PAX 2009: Battlefield 1943 producer talks lack of DLC {Joystiq}

Sep 8th 2009 11:19PM See i dunno if it was a typo/error on his half or them saying they'll rehash old maps as DLC.
all three options are bad

ELSPA: Legal loophole won't delay rollout of PEGI ratings {Joystiq}

Sep 8th 2009 2:45PM Errm no. Store policy. There's no Right to being able to buy stuff.
Also kid's are under-18, so can't sue anyway.

ELSPA: Legal loophole won't delay rollout of PEGI ratings {Joystiq}

Sep 8th 2009 2:42PM Of course the Loophole will be closed for PEGI. The fact they only noticed the loophole when they were refreshing the laws to make PEGI the defacto games rating and legally enforceable (only BBFC ratings used to be enforceable)

Rumor: Japanese YouTube ad leaks Japanese FFXIII release date {Joystiq}

Sep 7th 2009 1:59PM Didn't We all know that the Japanese version was coming out Winter 09 (this date seems later than what I expected tbh) with US release date around Spring 10. (and dunno on Euro Release)
With them saying the English re-working is done I hope a US/Euro release is sooner than later
