Of course the Loophole will be closed for PEGI. The fact they only noticed the loophole when they were refreshing the laws to make PEGI the defacto games rating and legally enforceable (only BBFC ratings used to be enforceable)

Didn't We all know that the Japanese version was coming out Winter 09 (this date seems later than what I expected tbh) with US release date around Spring 10. (and dunno on Euro Release)
With them saying the English re-working is done I hope a US/Euro release is sooner than later
