Beta will really make up peoples minds on this, so is it a good thing?
I would welcome the beta just to see what differences there are between Burnout and stuff.

Agreed, MoH was 'the' game of choice, before COD went mental, and unfortunately MoH went downhill like a newly shot war criminal.

This reboot, from the footage I have seen, looks remarkably like the recent COD's, fast and frentic and full of action. I hope the controls are on a par, and multiplayer appears quick, with a small dose of tactics (after all, its DICE!) to level the playing field and show COD fanboys that there are other choices worth putting your time and effort into.

Only time will tell. 6 months of time at least.

Ohh... and EA - please dont charge £10.99/$14.99 for a bloody map pack please.

After all this debacle, the PSN funds section is broke, crashed, collapsed, whatever, and Sony has took down the PSN store (for purchasing cod maps) for 24 hours so they can 'fix' the problem.


SONY = FAIL.

Maybe not hate no ; but if we all (well, most of us) stop purchasing DLC at such a ridiculous price, they will get the message and release it a midrange price that suits both us and them.

The cheaper it is ; the more purchases they get and the more money they make. Simple really. But, they never learn, and look after their own interests rather than ours!

EA are the new Activision.

Way too expensive. 3 new maps and two old ones for £10.99
COD WAW was £7.99 for 3 maps and 1 zombie map.

That too me was acceptable.
Where do Activision get off? The games RRP was £64.99 ffs - they are indeed trying to rip us off again.

Well, me - and many of my PSN friends are NOT buying it until it comes down in price!
