The original PS2 Onechanbara was actually a 2100 yen game (roughly $19) that had an interesting gameplay system that required you basically dispatch your opponents with style a la Devil May Cry. Though not as elaborate as DMC, there are situations that require you to do certain things, such as wiping the sword off your katana as part of your combo (not literally wiping, but whipping the sword so all the blood splats on the floor a la some samurai animes) and triggering a really cool berzerk mode that is both an advantage and a disease that your character can obtain.
And of course, all this from Tamsoft, the guys who brought you Battle Arena Toshinden for the PS1!
Then again, Microsoft's definition of "budget" is $40 - and the game really was only worth $20.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of buttons on the Wii, developers are unable to map certain actions to buttons. The Wii only has 10 buttons on it, which include the buttons on the nunchuk device, and with a game that has possibly 12-14 inputs like one that's ported from a PS2 or Xbox game, it'll be tricky to map everything there.
But I think the point is clear: Why the heck are you going to make a Wii game out of an isometric view dungeon crawler with superheroes in them?
The site's for people who just wanna write articles online. No one gets to edit her own work except herself! *sigh* Maybe people should sign up and post an article entitled "Top Ten Reasons Why You Should Flame Kimberly Rabenstein"?
What would be funny is if they announce a new expansion pack for StarCraft. Hahaha...
Somehow, I doubt that with the popularity of World of Warcraft, that they'll ever do a sequel to WarCraft III/WoW. Currently WoW is dictating the lore of the series, and with every single patch (and expansion packs, of course) building up towards to the inevitable fight with the Lich King, a WarCraft IV would just not be feasible.
Whether or not it's a sequel to StarCraft, again, is pure speculation... but the fact is that Blizzard is gearing up for either a new and original RTS IP, or (finally) a sequel to StarCraft that fans have been clamoring for. Many people DID express their wish to see a StarCraft sequel after the StarCraft: Ghost announcement yknow...
Yea, the photo is of a Dual Analog controller and not the Dual Shock Analog controller.
The PSOne launched in 2000 and was announced a year prior to its launch, so if said article was published in 1997, then said article couldn't possibly be referring to the PSOne Dual Shock.
