Very few games actually take advantage of the Cell's power, and Blu Rays only allow for a larger file size (which is spent copying the game a few times to make up for the lower seek speeds.)
RRoD is not a common feature in the new 360 models, and if you do get it Microsoft will replace it out of Warranty (unlike YLOD which only gets replaced if the PS3 is in warranty).
