I hope it's a completely different game cause I just bought the PS3 version and an almost done with it. Would not want to replay the excact same game again.

The game hasn't been listed on the "new release" list for a very long time. This is legit.

When a game is listed as GS Exclusive it mean it will only be sold there. Maybe Nintendo made a cash deal with GS so even if the game under performed they still made money. I will grab it though to support more localizations.
