Not. LBP DLC is region locked. You'll need to buy the DLC from the region your copy comes from. Make a US account and buy a PSN card of ebay. I've been doing this for a year now.. with the exception of buying it of ebay I have family to buy me ones in the US.

I'm platinum too, but I think there is a flaw in the Create trophy, because I got it after 50 cumulative level hearts.. :/

You can try, though just to be on the save side , try putting your save data on an USB stick. Just in case anything goes wrong..
