So glad I was able to preorder/reserve on the Apple Store iPhone app. And thankfully did it an hour before this whole mess. Even got the confirmation email that I can pick it up on the 24th. Didn't go through ATT to get it but still glad I did it on Apple and as early as I did hopefully mine shows up.

So I am already hearing word that you do NOT need to be a paid dev to install it.

And Apparently you can install it via windows but you wont get past the connect to iTunes screen unless your running the iTunes 9.2 beta which coincedently enough needs to be run on a Mac.

So yeah. Someone like me who is away from my mac for two more weeks is screwed over, even though I'm a paid dev. That is unless they release 9.2 to the public before the iOS 4 goes out on the 21st.

Can you install in Windows via iTunes. Don't argue and say you have to in Xcode many devs have done it in itunes just you have had to have a Mac to do it.

Anyone tested it from Windows installing through itunes to see if it worked? Of course you have to have your UDID in the dev portal.

What does the first 5 alphanumeric characters of your tracking number start with? I could probably tell ya based off that (Fedex, and UPS both have a unique way they start their tracking numbers)

I can confirm however that this does work (as a normal jailbreak) and Saurik's own source needs to be added before Cydia works correctly.

But by using this multitasking can be added to a 3G using openSSH as well as adding wallpapers to the homescreen.

Multitasking works decently (only can test it with the on board apps from Apple) but clearly not allowing it on the 3G is nothing more than a money grab from apple.

The OS being leaked does NOTHING for you unless you are a paid developer. Your UDID for your iPhone must be on file in their developer portal.

Does anyone know if this patches that one line of code and allows Apple's designed multitasking on the 3G?

Your kidding right? Centro knockoff? Actually I think it's the other way around buddy. RIM has had the qwerty keyboards for a long while LONG before palm even thought of the centro.

I would love to win one of the preorder codes. I got to play with the 7 beta but never got around to the RC1. At this point there is not much of a point with it coming out so soon. I got a computer a couple years ago with vista its in dire need of 7 would love to have the chance!

It's the same microphone that LIPS comes with. Most of the sites out there are touting this and acting like its some new peripheral including your friends at Joystiq IT'S NOT Just an excuse for MS to have another accessory SKU and make some extra dough since LIPS kinda bombed and can be found for as little as $20 new with said microphones (which IMHO is WAY cheaper than going this route plus you get two!)
