Or if you're on a Mac and using iCal you could just...
Choose iCal > Preferences.
Click General, and then select the “Show Birthdays calendar” checkbox.

And wala, a Birthdays Calendar.

The problem is that people (me) aren't going to spend X dollars on an unknown quantity. (Don't get me started on the instore "reviews"...) Apple needs to come up with a default Demo system for all the paid apps.
The 7, 15, 30 Day free trial has certainly worked fine for computer programs for the last 20+ years.

The whole point of a civil action is to receive money for damages. Additionally this is Japan not the US. Reporting your Boss to his superiors is a shitload harder to do, nevermind the social stigma that is attached to it.

They already do that without the help of RFID... They just check the sales at the end of the day/week/month and if it didn't sell they don't order any more.
