@jackal I know that with better hardware you can deliver more detail and stuff, I'm aware of that. And I'm aware that both Xbox and PS3 have a very limited amount of RAM, but a lot of devs just want more hardware so they wont need to worry about making a good optimized code and art.

Limitations are good for creativity. It's good to help you to create new ways to overcome the limitation and do spectacular things, and create new technologies.

And sales figure is not a good comparison. There are more factors to consider, and when it comes to gaming, MS, Sony and Nintendo still rule the market.

And I'm speaking as a developer who likes to work with limitation.
