The worst part about all this is, the idiots who thinks apple is right in this case. Phones look alike just like computer monitors, cars, tv's, most laptops, batteries, tables, chairs, steps, cables, trash cans, remote controls, cable boxes, audio receivers, tires, shoes, pants, bookbags, pizza boxes, books, power strips, trucks, windows, cabinets, doors, keyboards, mice, keys, soda bottles, donuts, light bulbs, extension cords, blu ray players, printers, engines, lamps, speakers and so on and so forth.

Then you say Samsung doesn't have the right to request to view future Apple devices... are any of you lawyers? Judges? Even ever been in a court room?

You have absolutely no idea what they can and cant request and what they will and wont be granted.

You have no idea what the judge will agree too.

I'm pretty sure it's quite a bit more than "tablescraps". HTC, Motorola, Samsung make up a huge portion of that 53%. That 28%'s only going to shrink further and further as Android steam rolls ahead. Every quarter they show massive growth and still haven't even started to show a hint of decline. Apple had their time at #1, they've got nowhere but down to go from here.

So, you'd rather have to plug your device into a cable in order to get your music? What if your out of town? What if your PC crashes? I can't see how someone could not see the value in a service like this. You can stream or download your music at any time.

You can keep your device tethered to your PC, i'll be busy enjoying the 21st century.

Until all of apples services are available on google devices, please stop crying every time google releases products that aren't available on apple devices. Thanks!
