Your coder friend is an idiot. Java has its uses. No one language is the be all and end all. They all have their different purposes.

@dsp4 Notch's code is fine if its only being used by Notch. That said, when he is working in a team environment i feel sorry for the other coders because they will sit and look at his code and go what the hell.
