Here's an even better idea: Give the 4 employees the First Degree Achievement. Anyone who plays them gets the Second Degree Achievement. Anyone who plays them gets the Third Degree Achievement, etc down to the Sixth Degree Achievement (or down to whatever). If someone with a 6th plays someone with a 3rd, they get 4th degree achievement. This way, you know exactly how many degrees of seperation you are away from the employees who started it. Also, those having a 2nd or 3rd degree achievement are part of a more exclusive group than those having 4th or 5th degree achievements.
