KoF series as a whole has always been overshadowed by the likes of Street Fighter but the games have always been rather solid. 98: Ultimate Match, 2001, 2003 and XI probably being the best of the 13+ games SNK has put out since 94. XII is just bad for numerous reasons and very well could've been the cause for SNK's death. I think diehard fans just were in such an uproar about how bad the game was that SNK just shut up and listened.

Honestly, play and judge it for yourself. Just because a reviewer or anyone for that matter says a game/book/film is bad, it doesn't mean you will consider it bad. I legitimately enjoyed the new Splatterhouse and the "critics" destroyed it. "Critics" said Brink was decent at best but my friend loved it. I would go as far to say White Knight Chronicles was better than Final Fantasy XIII, having played and completed both. So judge it for yourself, you might be missing out on something awesome. You don't know until you try.

@Donpablo According to active arcade goers and KOF fanatics: XIII is one of the best KOFs ever made. I was skeptical at first but after watching streams of it as of late. The game looks fantastic. A buddy in Cali played it and called it: Godlike. He and I both played XII quite a bit which we both agree is crap.

So sleep easy, my friend. KOF has returned to its former glory.

Honestly, these deals need to go away. I'm so tempted to just buying everything. KOTOR needed to be bought at $2.50. I bought it like 3 years ago for the original Xbox and couldn't get over the LQ presentation. 4:3 and etc on the 360. Getting it on the computer feels a lot better. Never played it prior but I'm hooked on it now. It's like I'm getting ready for "The Old Republic" ^_^

Honestly, Duke Nukem completely slipped my mind. I remember seeing it in GamePro 10 years ago and yet it's still not released. I guess in the back of my mind with all the buzz around it lately I'm thinking it's a newly announced game. ^_^

You could even throw Too Human on that list as well. It was development since 1999 and was released in 2008. Of course, it shifted between 3 consoles and over 3 generations and no wonder it sucked, LOL.

Final Fantasy XII, XIII, Versus XIII, Agito XIII, GT5, White Knight Chronicles, Any of the Halo games, Any of the Metal Gear Solid games...

If you're complaining about 11 months until release I would love to see you complain about 1-5 years.

I love the fact Dreamcast games are making a comeback. I hope Skies of Arcadia will be one of them.
