I have been tempted by the DROID. But 2 things are stopping me:

1) It's on Verizon. Which means 2 things for me. First I would have to pay the fee to terminate my existing T-Mo contract, which I still have a year on. And secondly, Verizon's plans aren't exactly cheap.

2) I'm looking for something with a little more under the hood. I refuse to settle for any less than a 1GHz processor, and now that phones are starting to do 720p video, there's no way I'm passing up on that.

I guess one has to make some sacrifices. Yeah it sucks that the Bravo doesn't have a QWERTY, but I can live. The biggest deal breaker is Sense. I guess I'm scared because all these "skinned" versions of Android have proven to fall behind on all the updates that are starting to come out. And I would rather have all that processing power available to me, and not being sucked up by HTC's flashy (they are beautiful) widgets.

That thing is super sexy. Though I am a little disappointed there aren't any 1GHz QWERTY phones. That's why I've been holding onto my G1. I was really hoping we'd get something good to replace it. Oh well, that Bravo is a beast. But I'm kind of an Android purest. I really don't want HTC's Sense. Wish I could just get stock Android 2.0.

Wow. A lot of people want this. And so do I. Here's to the odds favoring me!

What happened to people actually skateboarding, like outside, you know? Everyone is becoming so obsessed with "simulating" sports now. It's ridiculous. I play games to sit on the couch and be lazy and have fun. If I want this kind of physical activity, I do it for real.

While it has only been posted in the UK, that doesn't mean it won't come here to the States. *prays it will*

I love my G1, and especially Android, but it's feeling a little dated now with all these newer phones coming out.
