Parappa the Rapper could return via new business models or Vita

@Epoque Greenblat owns all the rights to characters, NanaOn-Sha Co. owns the rights to the games. Also, don't forget Major Minor's Majestic March was created by both Greenblat and Matsuura and released on Wii only

@Friv0lous If you try to play this game like Guitar Hero, you will lose. The game is not to repeat what the teacher says back to you the same way or completely on beat, but to put your own little spin on the lyrics and fit new words between the original. That's how you get to U Rappin' - COOL!

@julian412 I love live recordings mainly for the improvisational parts. Like Rock N' Roll All Nite's Live version has a consistent bass pedal on Drums through the chorus, where on the studio version there would be breaks

The Baconing review: Hacked and slashed

Aug 31st 2011 8:43PM (Joystiq)
@Link408 If you loved the first two, you'll love this one. It continues the story and is amazingly fun to play.. but they really haven't added much to the gameplay/mechanics.

I agree with most of this review, however, I don't agree with the difficulty spike. I've been able to 1 shot kill enemies by strategically walking them passed barrels that are around the area. You know you're coming to a tough area when there's a lot of these barrels on the floor, so it's best to use them.

I also found I wasn't using the best of my arsenal, sure it's great to walk over and hack and slash everything in your path, but I think that's where the writer keeps dying. It's best to attack with Grenades, and Bolts (often resulting in a 1 shot kill)

Also, some of the puzzles are there. I'm not that far yet but I came across a game of Simon I had to play by moving Deathspank over colored circles, and then getting passed the bridges in that area actually took me some time because I was missing an item
