Valve announces winners of Portal 2 music video contest

Wow, I really don't wanna be that guy, but the claymation one had such a great story line, it was original and it tied together a lot of loose ends for the franchise. I feel like it should have won.

The other one with the sock puppet looks very pretty, but as a film maker, I feel like all I needed was a beautiful HD camera and some arts and crafts skills. The claymation one hits so hard, I even shed a tear at the end

Sonic Generations footage: Chemical Plant Zone and City Escape

@PR0F3TA At first I thought this guy was a pro because he took the alternate higher path on Chemical Plant zone in the beginning, but watching the rest of it, I was just facepalming at how he was missing beautiful timed platforms that were clearly laid out if you just knew the rhythm of the jumps JUST like classic Sonic.

This game looks amazing because it does what every Sonic game should've, rewarded you for alternate paths. I saw alternate paths riddled all over that would boost your speed. Like in the last part, the guy misses the platforms to the truck and is punished by taking a lower path with a slower bumper and even winding up on the bottom where he would have had to slow down and make all those jumps, instead he missed and died.

Had he made the platforms that weren't destroyed by the truck I guarantee there was an alternate path higher that would make you FLY through that part. I'm very excited for this game based on seeing the beautiful level design in retro and modern views. Good job Sega

Damn.. this guy really doesn't seem too knowledgeable of the L4D series, but is extremely excited about playing this. "Milk" and "Cleavers".. how don't you notice the pills and frying pan that are so iconic to the game?

@heroftime They are on eBay.. just search "Team Fortress 2", it's not worth it in my opinion though. Just craft it with a Battalion's Backup + Reclaimed

Flying through Ms. SplosionMan right now and loving every minute of it. The humor, the beautiful artstyle and not to mention amazing and sometimes crazy challenging gameplay keeps me hooked. This is easily a day 1 purchase for me and since Fruit Ninja Kinect was a standout on the Summer Arcade this year for me it makes it that much sexier.

This has become one of my favorite independent game developers, right alongside Hot Head, The Behemoth and Team Meat.

@(Unverified) I'm actually hoping to hear more about the new Sonic. I actually liked Sonic Adventure's grinding/homing attacks when they weren't clunky and this looks like they may have polished it up.
