I figured that all of the likeness issues would be covered under the agreement that EA has with the NFL and NCAA. I understand players wanting their piece of the pie, but it seems that the NFL and NCAA have to have some sort of ownership over the jerseys, and overall makeup of players on a team. These players sign contracts (at least in the NFL) that probably addresses this issue, and therefore I believe that the players contracts with the NFL and EA's contract with the NFL should coincide. Not sure for the NCAA but he needs to stop whining and get to class. I don't hear any complaining that they get no cut from merchandise sells or ticket stubs. They are unpaid clowns in a very popular circus, and thats how it will always be.

I am just wondering what happened to innocent until proven guilty. The cop "assumed" the xbox was stolen and had no evidence that it was, but took it anyway. I think the guy should report the xbox as stolen and bring the cop up on charges.

Apparently J.D. Power has never had to get a phone serviced through a verizon store. Long waits, rude employees, and a very common practice of waiting an hour to speak to a rep, handing them my phone and getting a sheet of paper saying come back in an hour, and then waiting another hour to speak to another rep. This is a common practice at my local Verizon store, which more commonly than not will result in them handing me the same phone I turned in that has been untouched. I have actually seen them take my phone and set it in a drawer, then take it back out 2 hours later and say "nothing we can do." I also love trying to get a new phone activated, my brother bought a new phone off of ebay and tried to get it activated in the store and the conversation was rediculous.
Brother: "Hey I need to activate this phone."
Rep: "Ok! Sure! (General account questions)....Wait...Did you buy this in the store or from the Verizon website?"
Brother: "No, ebay"
Rep: "Oh, well there is a $50 fee to activate it, and also you are going to have to upgrade your plan to the data plan, thats a 2 year add-on plan."
Brother: "Isnt there a way to upgrade over the phone?"
Rep: "Yea, you can find the number online, have a good day"

I think that is ridiculous, uninformed customers who go in the store to activate a phone can easily get screwed over and tricked into paying hundreds of extra dollars by a manipulative sales clerk.

I would a very evil character who comes across as a hero. Everyone will love me, and will be tricked into believing I am the savior of the land. Behind the scenes I will be creating crime and chaos in all the towns, driving down the market value of property, and taking it all at a discounted price.

The thing that excites me the most about deadspace is probably the awesomely gruesome character death screens. I havent heard them talk about those in awhile but when the game first was announced I remember a good bit of hype over those. I have seen quite a few demos of environments just destroying Isaac, i think on On The Spot they showed one.
