I don't know If I believe Capcom.
All I know is I wouldn't believe anything IGN ever says.
Not only are they making this claim with no real evidence to back it up, but they also said there was going to be new weapons (oops!)
and this isn't the only time they were completely full of it.

Maybe something like a direct sequel to COD4, placing you in more SAS type Spec Ops missions and sniper missions, locations can be anywhere in the world, but stay away from Genericstan or Russia. A well known major city would be good, LA, NY, Chicago, Paris, London, etc...
