Resistance 2 or Killzone 2? Well honestly I have R2 and love it. I will get Killzone 2 and will probably love that too. One doesn't need to kill the other.

They are both worth playing. I will probably switch between them here and there.

That's a lot of Dead Space DLC. Too much $ for all of it. They should really just make one weapons bundle with all of it for like $8 - $10.

It's a lot to ask for more money for a game that is already $60 that doesn't have any online/multiplayer features.

I will likely get the game at some point when the price comes down. There are too many other games out there for $60 that have all sorts of online/multiplayer stuff with a lot more replayability then Dead Space. Looks cool but not $60 cool.

well, it keeps some people playing that might otherwise stop halfway through the game... just my thoughts on the reason for adding some easy trophies like that.

and its a balance... some easy, some hard and some really hard.

Is it just me or do other people notice that these "analysts" and "industry experts" are usually wrong?

If good games continue to come out and really showcase the PS3's capabilities I think it will do just fine.

Why does one console have to crush the other? There are 16M+ PS3's out there and 21M+ 360's. I think they are both doing pretty damn well.

Sony will make there money back by selling great games. The hardware in these "console wars" is usually just a means to an end. The end being... selling games (and high def BluRay movies).

I think with BluRay the HD winner and a lot of great PS3 games coming out... Sony is just getting started and they need to stick to producing quality software products.

Cool, I have been looking for an excuse to pick up a copy of this game. With the bug fixes, new maps and trophies support it is worth picking it up.

Now I have to try and find time to play it since I just got FarCry 2 and Resistance 2 is due out in a few weeks. Ug, I need to get Motorstorm Pacific Rift too yet. Well, maybe I will get some as X-mas gifts ;)

Oh my, what a busy gaming schedule these past(and coming) few months have been.

So much fun to be had.

I for one am sick and tired of this exclusive bullshit. A game is just software and it can run on any hardware (I am a programmer myself). I am tired of the political bullshit and sales and marketing nonsense. Each platform/system (gaming or not) has its pros and cons but all exclusives do is make the end users and customers (us) suffer while big money monster corporations bicker over bragging rights.

Games can be made to scale their performance/graphics/etc depending on the hardware... their is no reason for exclusives other than politics. You want to play games in full HD?... get a PS3. If that doesn't matter to you get a different console.

I own a PS3 because, for the most part, I want HD content/games and a BluRay player to watch HD movies. And I prefer the PS3 controller... its more comfortable for me than any of the others.

Sony did what they felt they had to do. So what if it takes an extra week or two. On the grand scale of time its only a couple of days really. We can wait.

People in the industry and people "in-the-know" complain... but LBP's target audience, mostly, probably doesn't even know and wouldn't even care. Do you think 7-12 year olds around the world are complaining about waiting 1 week. Absolutely not... b/c they are not getting it until Christmas anyway. (althought if they are like me as a kid they will try to get it from mom and dad before x-mas ;) ).

Aside from kids... most other people have real jobs and real life things to worry about... not if a game comes out this week or next. When they see commercials and the game is on the store shelves, thats when they will buy it. Plain and simple.

Industry pundits just like to blow things out or proportion. Wait a week and stop the belly aching. (not pointing fingures at anyone in particular.... just saying). It will be just as fun next week as it would have been this week.

Isn't it hard enought already... now they want us to pay more to make it even harder? :-/

I like that game, but I am not going to pay for difficulty settings.
