why, because it has multi-player? with all due respect Dante's inferno is a good game but it flops when compared to GOW III

A hack-n-slash game is supposed to stand on its single player component not multi-player, all it looks like they did here is take the combat arena from GOW and gave players the ability to set restraints (kill only by tickling and so forth) and upload them...

my guess would be new level creation tools, perhaps tweaks to the platforming mechanics... maybe even a larger library of building materials... =/

no i see it as well, we gotta remember what a good game CoD4 was and how likely it would be to set the the bar..... still i was an avid fan of R1, from the videos i'm seeing i hope that by playing it i'll like it better

My question was actually pointed towards players who haven't played through the series.

P.s the flashbacks are waaaaay helpful .... reminded me of twists from the previous game.
