Wow....just wow. What a bunch of bums. The worst part of all is that even gamesharing doesn't seem to be good enough for them. They'd rather have Sony brick their console than get some friends. That's just sad.

For some reason, I can't get the HD version to work on that G4 video, so I couldn't tell much from it. In fact, I have a feeling that I probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference between these games if I was playing them on a 32 inch 720p screen, for instance, but that isn't the case for me. So if someone has a TV like that, they may be able to disregard all of these comparisons, I think. Anyway, I hope the retail version is better so that I can still get it for the PS3, since I do prefer it in general. I didn't mean to sound like I was hating on it or anything. I was just disappointed by the look of that demo.

These screenshots do not look even close to identical to me. I couldn't believe how bad the PS3 version looked in there, so I went and tried the demo. Unfortunately, the PS3 version really did look like that. I actually had the game pre-ordered for the PS3, but not anymore. Not after seeing this.

Agree with everyone that Japanese voices are a great option. When it comes to foreign films people don't typically watch dubs, but when it comes to games, it's standard. I hope that changes someday.

In my experience, a lot of those "sighs, shouts, and moans" are pretty easy to understand after hearing them a few times, or even once, depending. You're right though that something must be lost on the English speaking player in this situation, but to me, it's nothing compared to what is gained.

First time playing the game, I remember this happening quite a few times to me.

An error I noticed in this chart is that the CECHG01 40GB model's power consumption, according to page 21 of the online manual (found here: http://www.us.playstation.com/support/manuals/ps3), is 280W and not 380W (and this is also the case for the other 40GB models.) Just pointing that out for anyone that cares....
