I don't understand what Cali. is trying to do here. Is there not already a law that states a rated M game can't be sold to a minor? Regardless of that or not it's the parents decision rather or not the minor is allowed to have the game, they ultimately have the buying power a 10 year old doesn't. Can a minor go into a rated R movie when accompanied by someone over 21? YES. Can someone over 17 buy a video game for a minor. YES. Why don't you read the agreement that everyone signs and oks when you sign up for XBox live, it says that you are of 21 years of age or older, yet I get small kids cussing at me left and right because the parents/guardians allow the kids to play just as they buy the games for them. Give it a break the horse is dead.

I rated your post up just because of your picture....

My very first PS came from my cousin Charlie. I remember when me and my brother got it we were so excited we couldn't wait to get home and play it, we got it late at night, I was only 12 years old!

We got it home, first game we played.... RESIDENT EVIL! Oh my the hall way on the right of the main lobby that you start in scared the SHHH**********TT out of me when the dog randomly jumped through the window! We played and played until we couldn't play. We didn't know how the memory card worked so we didn't know we could overwrite a save, we ran out of room!!! Finally we tried and you could overwrite the data. Ohhhh the memories. Me and video games have been BFF's since as long as I can remember but we didn't get as close as we did until this wonderful console came out. I actually still have this console, sometimes I bring her out for a fun time, my girl gets jealous but that's just cause she doesn't understand our relationship.

Let us all scan our "real-life" objects into a game and play with them in a "virtual" world inside with no friends rather than go outside and really play with them! Doesn't that just sound like a blast!
