Skyrim only at number four? Beaten by generic special forces simulator x245?
Leave aside shall we the fact that half the stuff you do in any Modern Warfare game would get you sent to Colchester or Leavenworth in the real British or U.S Army...
Mind you, this is going from what I have read on the net about them, especially comments from infantry soldiers, and a brief flirtation with the demo from MW2.
What? No love for Kurt Russell's role in "Soldier"? Shame on you all. That film was fab. He doesn't speak more than a dozen words in the whole film and still convinces as an old, battered down relic of a super-soldier, who can still, using guts and guile, wipe the floor with a whole pack of genetically-enhanced freaks on a planet that makes the Chronicles of RIddick's Crematoria look like a vacation spot. Seriously, watch the film.
I have Skyrim. I would love there to be a spell similar to a perk you get in Fallout New Vegas (by the same publisher, not developer) where you get to fast travel even when encumbered. As carrying all this loot from Fort Neugrad is tricky. Even more tricky than slaughtering all the bandits and their chief inside it to get the loot in the first place, 8-)
@Euwie, as far as Blizz are concerned, being realistic doesn't work for armor sets. That is why a lot of Rogue tier and non-tier stuff has shiny bits all over it.
Dork? Hardly. That's maths stuff, bruv. Stuff I do not understand which makes it even more cool.
I can build a computer out of parts from half a dozen wrecks and install Windows 7 on it, work out a way to kill Deathclaws in Fallout: New Vegas with a Varmint Rifle and navigate my way across the Scottish countryside with a map and a compass, but the mathematics behind all that makes my head hurt.
Never call yourself a dork, Henry old chum. You can save that epithet for those idiots who cannot do the stuff you can do and do not appreciate the fact that you CAN!
Oh, that was quick. Yep, dealt with Lanius alright, or at least my Anti-Materiel Rifle with Armor Piercing ammuntion did. Sneak attack, critical. One shot, head exploded. What made it even funnier was I only found out who I had killed after the bullet eviscerated his brains.
Fallout New Vegas. I have already butchered Caesar, reunited the Remnants, got the Kings to side with the NCR and got the Boomers back their B-29. Now all I have to do is fight the Second Battle of Hoover Dam and decide what I am going to do to Lanius.
