I hope that Google is able to resolve this issue because having a phone this capable with an inconsistent connection quite tragic. Please Google, don't let your customers down.

Since the most damning portion of the review was when the browsing was covered, I expected that's what motivated you to action. Now, instead of throwing expletives, maybe you could be more specific than "shoddy and uneducated?" I'm hoping others disagree with Josh's analysis but it hardly seemed inarticulate.
It's entertaining that feel this review wasn't critical *enough* of the device. You must be on Verizon's certification team?
