well, this and heavy rain is what will push me to buy. nothing else has sparked my interest as much; not even lbp. ffxiii and this are my two most anticipated games.

this is what is going to make me buy a ps3.

it's not bad, but better as a rental. the game is fun to play even if it is easy to finish. still prefer the three that came before this, but i wouldn't say it was a terrible game. there are much worse out there: x-blades??

online retailers only have to collect tax from buyers if the retailer has a physical location in that state. if the online retailer does not have a physical location in wisconsin, the retailer does not have to collect sales tax from buyers that live in wisconsin. the buyer is required to fill out a use tax form and pay the appropriate amount of tax that they should have been charged. technically speaking, if you purchase a lamp from your neighbor's yard sale, you're supposed to fill out one of these forms and send in the appropriate tax payment. in other words, i don't think you will see any difference in which retailers will sell their goods to residents of wisconsin.
