good point. i forgot that MW2 and possibly GOW3 advertise in high profile locations such as the NBA playoffs. which while probably cheaper than the super bowl is still in the millions of dollars. its funny to me that something as big as either game needs that much exposure. but i guess there's more ppl that dont know its coming out than there are of us who keep up with release dates.

$44,000,000 / $60 MSRP = 733,334 units. factor in marketing costs of ( i have no idea but let's guess 25% of development) $11M and that brings break even to 916,667 units. i think sony is going to make wii-like returns on this one.

arghhh! back to back game purchases that go on sale the week after i buy them. first bayonetta and now ME2. dang you best buy (when i order from amazon) and dang you amazon (when i buy from target).

crap. bought a wii to play SMG1, sold it cause resale was still high, and now need to get another one again to play this. dang you mario and your power to make me feel like im 10 years old again.

if punching someone in the face (naughty) or punching someone in the stomach (nice) increases my chances of winning then let me know which one it is :-)

bug or not, the 9 on 9 HQ pro games i played on sunday were f'n awesome. hopefully something good comes out of this and IW either ups HQ player count or add it to ground war.
