@DangerRabbit Im no expert and have little into the whole thing. But from what i've gathered, its testing the outcome of shooting particles at insanely high speeds at each other. There are a certain number of theories as to what may happen (such as black holes forming and Gordon Freeman suddenly kicking into action and pwning headcrabs), including the discovery of the possibly useful "god particle" or a new renewable energy source. OOOOORRRRRRRR you could just use google to find out. Oh who knows it might just take you a good, lets say 20-30 seconds to find out...
