People pay a fortune for a night out on the town. Maybe watch a movie with some friends, go out to a decent restaurant, might get some drinks if you're of age. That night on the town just cost you a lot of money after all that, for maybe four hours of fun. I'll be getting hundreds of hours of fun out of Skyrim as much as I game.

If you can't spare the scratch, I completely understand and sympathize with you. I just think gamers are taking for granted how much time they get out of their hobby when compared to other forms of entertainment.

Sadly, the depth is only from a glance. If you try to look farther than the games and delve into the novels and such you'll be horribly disapointed in how many things don't add up.

The Halo world has a perfect track record of not following the ground work from before it.
