The game is good *because* it's on a phone. A one-button game is kind of a hard sell on a real game system.

It's the third game in the series though, so...Dark Souls 360?

Glad to see that Dark Souls did well. I'm really looking forward to the third installment. Perhaps Donut Souls.

Wait, wait. Dolphin's Souls. Because dolphins are awesome.

Whoa, really? That is not at all what I was expecting. I was thinking it'd be more like Castlevania.

Windows Live login suggested as Xbox Live security flaw

Jan 13th 2012 12:02PM (Joystiq)
Gah, this seems like a common sense security thing. Most login screens / pages will not specify whether you got the ID wrong or the password wrong. They just present a generic "login failed"-type message.

If this really is what's going on, though, people need to start using better passwords.

@Stevetrop Man of Mystery

There are things I love about Japanese games and things I love about Western games. Games like Bayonetta, Demon's / Dark Souls, and pretty much every Nintendo game ever made show that you can make games that appeal to a global audience while keeping their Japanese-ness.

That's where I want Japanese studios to go--not making half-assed copies of Western games. (I'm not sure that's happening on a wide scale yet, but I do get worried sometimes.)
