Rumor: Ocarina of Time 3D to see limited initial release

Apr 30th 2011 6:40PM (Joystiq)
@MEGATOOL

And here we have someone who understands. What's more desirable than something that few can obtain?

I mean look at the Wii, a portion of the appeal was that it was hard to get, so people would go to stores, check to see if they had them, and at the same time get hyped for more Wii titles and products.

The Fantastic Mr. Star Fox is exactly what you think it is

I think I'm the only one who caught that they have Fox's fathers name wrong. It's James, not Fox Sr.

I wonder why women don't talk to me.

Arc the Lad II and Arc Arena coming to PSN next week

The first two Arc the Lads were great when they came out and still have a vintage charm to them. I'd recommend picking them up.

Costume Quest review: Anything can happen on Halloween

Oct 21st 2010 7:28PM (Joystiq)
I really enjoy this game, I'm progressing very slowly on purpose, but I'm enjoying everything I'm playing.

The battle system is unique enough to separate it from other RPGs, the closest I could compare it to is Paper Mario or Mario&Luigi games. The writing is very well done and humorous. The art style is very cute and colorful.

I think the best part of it was the setting and atmosphere. They capture the feeling of Halloween in a suburban area so well, I felt 10 years younger just playing it.

That said, I think it is worth the price of $15. It's not terribly expensive and for the product I think it fits. Sure there are other Arcade/PSN games out there that are over inflated when it comes to price, but for a well polished game like this, it fits.

Confused Joystiq writer immortalized in Art Academy promotion

This is nice and all, but please don't get an inflated ego like Totilo over at Kotaku. Your humbleness is what makes me enjoy this website.
