Um, maybe they mean shortages small chains....because my Wal-Mart hasn't sold out of PS3's for a while....

And at my local Rhino, even though Nintendo keeps up with shipments every week, they continue to sell out in hours. The PS3's aren't moving.....

This is great new for Nintendo. But it's still just the start of the race, if Sony pulls a fast one and drops the PS3 (the cheaper one) under the price of an Xbox 360 (the current asking price of $400) then Nintendo just lost the race. But, this is playing out exactly how I foretold....wow, i was right for once.

First off, I was never a fan of the SIXAXIS controller. I don't see why EA didn't use the same controlling scheme for the PS3 as they did wht the Wii -- it's the same technology, so why not the same controlls?


Second off, to the comment that said the Wii is a gimmick, give me a break. It is true you wouldn't want to swing your arms, and hardly anyone who plays it for more the 15 min actuall does that. The developers don't, game journalist don't. And I truly believe that this "gimmick" will change the way we play games forever.


To the person who said wouldn't motion sensors make it harder to play. Maybe with the SIXAXIS, considering it doesn't seem like it would be natural, but with the Wii it's all natural. How would you accomplish this in real life? Thats how you control the game. Like you are the character. Now for car/plane games it would be different, but thats it.

But you just gatta play it b4 you make any judgements.

ANYONE who thinks that the PS3 will sell more then 400,000 units this year is clearly miss-guided. I mean, you wont see more the a half a million PS3's until next yer. So, anyone else see something wrong with that chart?

THIS BETTER NOT BE TRUE. One remake was enough, but remake number too? Of the same game? The graphics will be the same -- but the controll different? How about something BRAND new, eh? Otherwise no one will buy REWii and there for no REWii 2. :(

Actually, this happened to my old DS. It actually survived :-D
