I love my Zune HD to death but thought MS made few mistakes for instance the promised 10 free songs each month with the Zune Pass isn't working so well cause most of the time you get a system error. Also it is sad that most of the songs purchased on other stores cannot work with the Zune HD or that once you cancel your subscription and you buy songs you already had with the Zune Pass chances may be that it won't play. These areas definitely need to be improved otherwise the Zune HD is and will always remain a well crafted sleek and so stylish device hope we will have a phone with the same form factor soon MS.
