To get this, or to wait for DS2? I wish they would just tell us that DS2 wasn't coming out for X years/months so I could just make up my mind!

Thanks for the great review, Justin! I still want to hear you gush about this on the Podcast and hopefully somewhere down the line feature ME2 in a spoiled rotten segment. Could this be an early contender for game of the year?

I am glad to see that the 360 version holds up this time as I will be purchasing it to accommodate my friends that will want to watch as I play. Plus, I don't have a PC save file.

The controls aren't that bad. Of course I would prefer physical controls for running about but in a game where you have to do plenty of touch-based minigames it is nice to not have to fumble with whipping out a stylus.

Agreed. Old haven served as a climactic moment from a gameplay perspective, it was really fun blowing through that with a friend. I heard that they were interested in revisiting old haven in dlc, so hopefully we can get more of that style of shootout soon.

Wow, Borderlands had a dénouement. That is more than many games can say.

One of the things that really bothered me was not being able to actually go inside of the vault at the end of the game. I mean, if you aren't going to let us do that at least give us a decent loot drop after beating the final boss. All I know is that at the start of the game I was told legends of money, guns, and women and received none of the third and small amounts of the first two after the final boss.
