And why mobile gaming even moreso? is it because of the scale of the market... so many small games released constantly to manage? The managing bodies of the distribution systems need to be held accountable, they are responsible to protect their devs, and shouldn't be profiting from infringements.

I would much rather give my pre-order dollars to the developer, who can use that money to improve the game, judge interest etc etc... instead of giving it to gamestop/whatnot... where they can use the money to... invest and make more money?

Instead of the stupidity we have today where tablets are more like large phones than small computers.
