The prime location would be a Country Club. Like RE2's police station. Rich old people zombified. The possibilities are endless. Fat old white men bearing down on you in golf carts. Slim, attractive young lifeguards running full speed after you. Crabby old ladies looking more hideous than any amount of botox could have caused. Weapons of all kinds! Polo sticks, golf clubs/carts, etc.

And of course, the greenskeepers have an array of cutting tools prime to cut the head off some person investigating the mysterious disturbance at the Country Club.

Its a perfect scenario.
