There was a time when films weren't even considered art. And many believed that films could never be art. Yet here we are 80 years later, and now someone who comments on the 'art of film' claims that video games can never be art. Intriguing, no?

Fighting a fanboy war is fighting an opinion. It's pointless, a waste of time, and ultimately serves no purpose. Whichever one is better is a matter of personal preference. Instead of fighting we should band together to wage war against the true enemy. Beware Twilight, here we come.

Amazing Spider-Man will be an epilogue to the film, official site swings into view

This game could go a few different ways. It could be awesome. Since it takes place after the film (Possibly could be the interim between the first and possible sequel) the story could actually work out well. One of the faults I find in most movie games (besides horrible controls, graphics, etc.) is how haphazardly the story is forced into the game. So with the story taking place after the film, we could get something that actually works, story wise.

The fact that this game looks to be open world could make it as great as Spider-Man 2 and Ultimate Spider-Man. It could also end up like Spider-Man: WoS. (granted I actually liked WoS, but I know most didn't.)

All in all, this game could turn out to be a surprise hit. Only time will tell.

On a side note, was Edge of Time really that bad?
