Just over 40,000 in total on WiiWare. The grand total listed there is 255,763 and the total for iOS and PS combined is just under 215,000.

I've no idea how many games they have on WiiWare though.

I can't imagine that being anything but absolutely awful. Lylat Wars wasn't the hardest game in the world but you still needed reasonably precise movements to get through (and score well).

As long as it controls well with the pad it doesn't really matter I suppose.

The reason I did this is because Joystiq is still one of my primary sources of news about gaming. Why on earth would I (or anyone) want to read obvious factual inaccuracies in my news? I thought the guy would possibly scan the comments, see his mistake and rectify it. Then he would in the future try a little bit harder not to make the same mistake again. Why is any of this unreasonable to you morons?
