I'm calling bs on his other phones have the same issue thing. I tried doing it on my DEXT and i couldn't make it go down....yes the DEXT is a underpowered phoen which some might not even consider to be a smart phone... but after covering almost every nook and cranny i couldn't get the bars to go down... it's good that they're giving free cases. props to them at least for that
